Midroc has created a small scale housing project in Höganäs, Sweden. In a centrally located block where there used to be a public school Midroc has developed 26 tenant-owned apartments, 35 apartments and 8 two-family homes.

The architecture connects to the typical Scanian building tradition but with a modern touch. The houses are all placed around a common yard with a play ground for the children. All apartments have either a patio or a balcony and the majority of the dwellings have great views of the Öresund strait.
