Midroc has developed office premises in the middle of the Western Harbour in Malmö, Sweden.

 

Midroc has developed a 5 000 m2, five-floor office building. During the development Midroc focused upon creating flexibility and a good indoor climate for the tenants. Each floor can easily be divided into three separated offices.
